Our refund policy applies to purchases made in our online E-store.  We do not provide refunds to donations or free-will offerings towards our cause. ​

E-store purchases: All items purchased from our E-store are sold 'AS IS'. We do not offer refunds unless the item received is not what was originally purchased. In such cases, a return ticket will be initiated, and the item will be replaced, or a refund will be issued.
